The “CO” Logo Hoodie

Description

This sweatshirt also has a claim to be the first Climb Onsight sweatshirt. Years ago, before the concept of Climb Onsight was established, we thought a design based on the “V” grading system would yield interesting designs. For instance, using a V2 as an example, designing the “V” as an overhanging edge and a climber climbing in the shape of a “2.” We even bought a Wix membership and called the website “The Wandering V2”. The website, for obvious reasons, was never published.

We recruited within the family to get the “V2” designs. Literally. Shaun’s cousin, Aaron, graciously volunteered his free time to design the “V2” logo. The designs were wicked. However, we fortuitously changed the name from The Wandering V2 to Climb Onsight during that time. We needed a new logo that matched our new name. Aaron ingeniously thought to represent the C and the O with climbing holds. A few iterative designs later, we had our alternate logo!
